Welcome to Ripple – Stay Connected. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ripple – Stay Connected mobile application and services (the "App" or "Service"), operated by Ripple – Stay Connected ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Ripple – Stay Connected. By creating an account or using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into this agreement.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the app, you are required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Ripple is not liable for any unauthorized access or activity resulting from your failure to maintain your account security.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable law or regulation
• Posting or transmitting harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonating another individual or misrepresenting your affiliation
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
• Misusing the platform to harass or exploit others

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Event Participation and Payments

Ripple – Stay Connected allows users to discover, register for, and purchase tickets to events. All transactions must be completed using the payment options provided within the app.

Refunds, cancellations, and ticket transferability are governed by Ripple – Stay Connected's policies, which are available within the app or upon request. Ripple reserves the right to deny refunds or process them on a case-by-case basis, considering event timing, user activity, and payment confirmation.

Ripple is not responsible for last-minute changes, cancellations, or content of events hosted by third parties, but we will provide support in line with our policies to resolve any issues you may face.

Location Services

Some features, like nearby event or user discovery, rely on location data. By using the app, you agree to allow Ripple to access and use your device's location if you give permission. You can revoke location access at any time via your device settings, though certain features may become limited.

Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including trademarks, logos, images, text, software, and design elements, is the property of Ripple – Stay Connected or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without express written consent.

Privacy

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information. Please review it carefully to understand your rights and our practices regarding your data.

Children's Use

Ripple – Stay Connected is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we discover that a child under 16 has registered or shared personal data, we will promptly delete the information and terminate the associated account.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, disrupts the app, or poses a risk to other users. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the app, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app and its services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ripple – Stay Connected disclaims all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted in the app or on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review this section regularly.
